

Our Lifestyle Management Consultant works with individuals to improve their overall quality of life by helping them organise, balance, and optimise different areas such as health, work, relationships, and personal goals.
This role often begins with assessing a client’s current lifestyle, identifying stress points or inefficiencies, and creating tailored strategies to support better habits and routines. This can include guidance on time management, wellbeing practices, career direction, and personal development, depending on the client’s needs.

We work directly with clients through one-to-one sessions or group workshops, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help individuals manage stress, improve mental clarity, and build healthier habits.
A key part of the role is education—helping clients understand how different aspects of their lifestyle impact their wellbeing. Strong listening skills and empathy are essential, as our practitioners need to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing personal challenges.

Mental Health Guidance professional supports individuals in understanding and managing their mental and emotional wellbeing. This involves providing practical advice, early intervention strategies, and signposting to appropriate services where needed.
We work closely with individuals through one-to-one sessions or group settings, creating a safe and supportive space for open discussion. A key part of the role is helping people develop resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy coping mechanisms through techniques such as mindfulness, goal setting, and stress management.

As a consultant we are looking at the full picture of how you live, not just one area. We identify gaps—where your lifestyle is out of balance or not aligned with your goals.
Wellness sessions looks at your overall lifestyle. Expect questions about: Sleep patterns, diet and hydration, stress levels, and daily routines. We may assess imbalances and suggest changes—like improving your sleep routine, adjusting your nutrition, or introducing stress-management techniques such as breathing exercises or mindfulness.
Mental Health sessions This is more reflective and emotional. You’ll talk about how you’ve been feeling, any stress, anxiety, or challenges you’re dealing with. Depending on the severity of your mental health you will then be signposted to get the correct support.
Wellness practitioner is about physical and lifestyle wellbeing, not therapy.
Lifestyle Management consultant is a strategic and practical role. It’s about structure and results, not therapy.
Mental Health Guidance is informal “guidance” with support and signposting not therapy.
Life Coaching is often confused with therapy, but it’s very different. A coach might touch on mindset, but they are not trained to treat psychological issues.
Lifestyle Management Consultant (Results: 1–4 weeks to see early changes, 2–6 months for solid changes)
Wellness Practitioner (Results: 1–4 weeks to start feeling better, 2–6 months for habit changes)
Mental Health Guidance (Results: 2–6 months, sometimes longer)
Life Coaching (Results: 2–6 weeks for slight changes, 2–6 months for real change)

All our support and guidance is commonly done online. Sessions usually take place over video platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
We operate online, face-to-face session can be requested if it is preferred.
A lot of people expect some kind of breakthrough in one session—but that’s not really how it works. The real value comes from consistency. One session might give you clarity, but multiple sessions create change.
